HELLO

My name is Amelia and I’m a Melbourne based Graphic Designer with a digital spin.

Over my career I’ve collected a great toolkit of skills to handle any brief thrown my way and I’m always up for a challenge! My experience crosses print, packaging, digital, social, content creation and brand identity design.

In my digital work, I focus on my client’s objectives and generate a special experience for the end user. I always aim to make the design innovative with the architecture and experience pixel perfect, on every device – every time.

I enjoy the entire design process from the original briefing, late night pixel pushing to the celebratory ‘jobs done’ drinks. In particular, I like the initial stage when ideas are thrown around and we work together to create an awesome outcome. I am more than happy working autonomously, but I thrive in a team environment. I’m an efficient, positive and reliable worker.

I’m an instinctive, highly skilled Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator user, with a reluctant but sound ability to create a PowerPoint. I can draw (sometimes) and have worked with international and in-house developers with WordPress, Mailchimp, HTML, CSS and JS.

Design wise, I’m very comfortable in building and refreshing websites and conducting social marketing campaigns. I always enjoy designing for print and packaging, and love feeling of a final product in my hands.

Outside of work, I love fashion and beauty, food and drink and having a laugh with friends… and I’m aiming to (hopefully) land a job that is a powerful mix of those loves.
